Effective 2026-09-30. This page explains, in plain words, what information the 239 Exteriors website handles and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you send the estimate form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email address, the service you chose, your project details, the page you sent it from, and the consent box you checked with the wording version you saw. If you call, we get whatever your phone shares, like any business you call.

How form submissions travel

The estimate form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that passes your submission to our business email. Web3Forms processes your message only to deliver it, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or use it for anything except responding to your request and doing the work you asked about.

The chat

The chat on this site is automated. It answers with what this site already says, and the matching happens in your own browser: nobody reads the chat live. If you ask for an estimate in the chat, the details you enter there (the surfaces and your answers about them, the area, your name, phone number, email address if you give one, any note, the page you asked from, and the consent box you checked with the wording version you saw) are delivered by Web3Forms the same way as the estimate form. The conversation is kept in your browser for this visit only, so it can follow you from page to page, along with a note of whether you already sent a request this visit, so nothing asks you twice; both are gone when you close the tab. The site also keeps one browser flag that remembers it has already offered the chat once, so it does not offer again. When the site's Google Analytics is on, it also counts how the chat is used, such as which answers it showed and whether an estimate request was sent, never the words you type.

The chat also tells the site's own dashboard on this domain (analytics.239exteriors.com) which answer it gave, whether to a question you typed, a suggested question you picked or a pick in its picture guide, or that it had none and which answer came closest, along with the page, the device type and the time, so the site can learn which questions it does not answer yet. The words you type are never sent there, and estimate details are never part of that record.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. Google Analytics sets cookies and records technical details such as a truncated IP address and browser type. It is used to run and improve the site, not to build a profile of you.

The site also sends a first-party page counter to a dashboard on this domain (analytics.239exteriors.com). It records the page, the referring site, the device type, the hour and whether a call or an estimate request happened. It stores no names and no addresses, sets no cookies (only a browser flag that remembers whether you have visited before), and it never leaves this domain.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may see the technical details of your request (such as IP address) in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Map tiles on the service-area page are loaded from Esri, which receives the tile requests your browser makes.

Consent to be contacted

Sending the estimate form with the consent box checked means 239 Exteriors may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We may also reply by email to the address you gave us. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as we need it to respond and to do the work you asked about. Ask us to delete it and we will.
